The annual meeting was conducted on 31 January 2026 .
Highlights of the meeting follow: The board was reelected for another two year period; 2025 expenditures exceeded revenue mainly due to the purchase of a replacement suburban and other maintenance issues. Over 350 prairie dogs were captured and translocated to a conservation site near Santa Fe.
